High quality vietnamese coffee. Convenient rugged paper pouches contain tear off top teabag sachets with brackets that hold the sachets over a cup for a pour over style of brew. I made 2 pouches in one cup with 10 ounces water at 200 degrees. I then frothed 1/3rd cup of evaporated milk and regular milk together and added them to the this coffee. The result was a smooth chocolatey medium roast with a clean finish. Well rounded and not acidic at all, this coffee is easy to drink and would be a good choice for anyone who prefers medium roast, like myself. The pouches are convenient for travel but the materials do not feel wasteful. I really enjoyed this coffee and would definitely buy it again.
